Kelsey wanted to pursue a new career path when she visited Man-Tra-Con for assistance in July 2015. She had been employed in hospitality and food service positions, but needed a better paying job. Career Specialist Michelle Sanchez helped her find a career path that was more in line with her interests.

It was his goal from the very beginning. He was valedictorian of his class and was very motivated. Mason’s family was not able to provide all the financial support needed to assist with the high cost of the nursing program.

She had worked at a childcare facility until she decided to enter the healthcare field and work as a CNA,” Michelle explains.
Johnathan had not finished high school, and had been unemployed for 2 years when he visited Man-Tra-Con for assistance in July 2016. Career Specialist Autumn Basler was available to help. “When I first met Johnathon, he felt that he could not accomplish things and did not have many skills.
