PUBLIC NOTICE:

The State of Illinois will be transitioning to a new WIOA data collection system from June 17, 2026, through June 30, 2026. The new system will be available on July 1, 2026.

During the transition period from June 17th through June 30th, Man-Tra-Con will NOT be processing applications or intakes for WIOA program assistance. Application and/or Intake processing will resume once the new system is in place on July 1, 2026.
