Over 40 people attended the roundtable event including representatives from Construction, Education, Healthcare, Law Enforcement, Manufacturing, Mining, and Social Services organizations.

WIOA Program Manager Reba Utley retires from Man-Tra-Con after 20 years of service.
Reba began her employment at Man-Tra-Con in 2005 as a Career Specialist, serving Youth, Adult & Dislocated workers seeking employment and/or training assistance.

DCEO Deputy Director Julio Rodriguez Visits Man-Tra-Con During Southern Illinois Workforce Development Tour.
Mr. Rodriguez talked about future clean energy workforce development plans for the region, answered questions, and offered advice to frontline staff on serving customers, especially those with difficult barriers to employment.

Man-Tra-Con welcomes Office Support Specialist Jacqueline Masei to our team
Jacqueline began her employment at Man-Tra-Con as an Office Support Specialist serving customers at the American Job Center in Marion. She is currently working at our auxiliary office within the new Southern Illinois Multimodal Center in Carbondale.

Man-Tra-Con welcomes Career Specialist Cordaro Thomas to our team.
Cordaro serves Youth customers who are enrolled in Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded programs at our Marion office, and will also serve Adult/Dislocated Worker and Youth customers at our auxiliary office within the new Southern Illinois Multimodal Center in Carbondale.

Kenea will work as a Re-Entry Specialist, providing individualized career services to justice-involved individuals and adult or dislocated worker job seekers.
