With a strong interest in healthcare, Gwendolyn knew a traditional classroom setting was not the best fit for her learning style. She thrived in a hands-on environment and was seeking an opportunity that combined education with real-world experience.
Elizabeth was unsure of where to go next in her career when she discovered a social media post promoting Shawnee Health’s Dental Assistant Apprenticeship Program.
“Gretchen has been a part of the Man-Tra-Con team since February 1998, giving her more than 28 years of service to our organization. Throughout those years, she has become someone our team knows they can depend on,” CEO Stephanie Robinson says.
