Robin Pritchett
In August 2025, Robin began her employment at Man-Tra-Con as a Career Specialist serving Youth customers who are enrolled in Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded programs.
About Robin
Robin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. She has worked as a substitute teacher for the Marion School District, and as a GED Instructor for John A. Logan College. Robin had also worked at Man-Tra-Con in the past as a Career Specialist serving Adult and Dislocated Worker customers. She left to become a “stay-at-home” mom and raise her family. She is very happy to return to Man-Tra-Con now that her children have grown.
Robin currently lives in Marion with her husband Brent, and their children Matthew and Mackenie. In her spare time Robin enjoys spending time with her family.
