Man-Tra-Con CEO Stephanie Robinson presented Program Lead Nikki Lanham with an Impact Through Service Award for July 2026.
“Nikki joined the Man-Tra-Con team four years ago as a Career Specialist and now serves as Program Lead. During her time at Man-Tra-Con, she has grown into someone our staff and customers rely on every day. She has a heart for helping people and brings a calm, steady approach to everything she does. Whether she’s working with customers, helping a coworker, or stepping in wherever she’s needed, Nikki always puts others first,” CEO Stephanie Robinson says.
Nikki was nominated by WIOA Program Manager Dana Marlow, who shared, “Nikki has navigated the IWDS 2.0 system, completing applications for training customers as well as assisting co-workers as needed. Nikki has gone above and beyond to make sure customers are all being served in a timely manner.”
“As Man-Tra-Con transitioned to the new IWDS 2.0 system in early July, Nikki met every challenge with patience, professionalism, and a willingness to help others. She quickly learned the new system, completed training applications for customers, and has continued to be a resource for coworkers as we all navigate new processes and ongoing system changes and challenges. Through it all, her steady approach and commitment to our customers have made a real difference,” Stephanie explains.
“What stands out most about Nikki is that she genuinely cares. She has a way of making customers feel comfortable and supported, and she approaches every interaction with kindness and respect. She is also the kind of teammate every organization hopes to have. She is always willing to stay late if needed, lend a hand without being asked, and do whatever it takes to help the team succeed,” Stephanie says.
“Nikki’s quiet leadership, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving others make a difference every day. We are fortunate to have her on the Man-Tra-Con team, and this recognition is incredibly well deserved,” Stephanie adds.
