Man-Tra-Con CEO Stephanie Robinson presented Fiscal Coordinator Gretchen James with our August Impact Through Service Award.
“Gretchen has been a part of the Man-Tra-Con team since February 1998, giving her more than 28 years of service to our organization. Throughout those years, she has become someone our team knows they can depend on. Her knowledge of our fiscal operations and requirements is invaluable, and she takes great pride in making sure her work is accurate, timely, and done right,” CEO Stephanie Robinson says.
“Gretchen was nominated by Debbie Kee, who recognized her exceptional work ethic, the quality of her work, and her willingness to go above and beyond when something needs to get done. Whether that means staying extra hours, working on a day she wasn’t scheduled, helping another staff member, or taking on a task outside of her normal responsibilities, Gretchen is always willing to step in and help,” Stephanie adds.
“One of Gretchen’s greatest strengths is her dependability. When Gretchen is responsible for something, you know it will be taken care of. She understands the importance of deadlines and requirements, especially when it comes to the fiscal side of our work, and she brings an incredible amount of knowledge and experience to our team,” Stephanie explains.
“Just as important is the way Gretchen treats the people around her. She is always friendly and professional with our staff, vendors, and partners. She comes to work, does her job incredibly well, helps wherever she is needed, and contributes to our organization in ways that may not always be seen outside of Man-Tra-Con but are incredibly important to the work we do every day,” Stephanie says.
“After more than 28 years of service to Man-Tra-Con, Gretchen’s commitment to our organization and the quality of her work remain as strong as ever. We are fortunate to have her knowledge, experience, and dedication on our team, and this recognition is very well deserved,” Stephanie adds.
