Man-Tra-Con Training and Reintegration Career Specialist Robert Angle led a 2-day training session for Man-Tra-Con staff. Career specialists, lead staff and WIOA managers were trained on the new Illinois Workforce Development Systems (IWDS) 2.0 data reporting software scheduled to be implemented on July 1.
The current IWDS software has been helping to track WIOA Title 1 and Trade data required by the Department of Labor (DOL) for the past 17 years, and has been the primary system for reporting.
The new IWDS 2.0 system will utilize a more modern and intuitive development platform to track required data, plus offer additional features such as Administrative Functions, Local Customer Information, Case Management, Grant Management Information, Entity Management, Training Provider and Training Program Information, TAA Voucher Information, Performance Management, and Reporting.
