On May 4, 2026, Man-Tra-Con CEO Stephanie Robinson presented Technology Manager Nolen Deaton with an Impact Through Service Award for April 2026.
“Since joining Man-Tra-Con in December 2025 as our Technology Manager, Nolen has made a strong and immediate impact. While his role is behind the scenes, it touches every part of our organization and plays a critical role in keeping our work moving forward. From day one, Nolen jumped right in. On his very first day, he stayed nearly three hours past the end of the day to help resolve an IT crisis. That level of commitment set the tone for everything that has followed,” Stephanie reports.
“Nolen consistently shows up with a positive attitude and a willingness to help, no matter the situation. Nolen works through challenges as they arise and steps in when needed, even outside regular hours, to ensure things are taken care of,” Stephanie says.
“In a short time, he has helped stabilize and improve our systems after months of having no one in that role, getting our technology back to a place where staff can do their jobs effectively. He is always looking for ways to improve and regularly asks how he can better support the team,” Stephanie explains.
“Nolen’s work may not always be visible, but its impact is felt across the organization every single day. He has quickly become a valuable part of our team, and we are grateful for his dedication and reliability,” Stephanie adds.
