Katie Zanotti
Man-Tra-Con Corporation is excited to welcome Katie Zanotti to our team. She began employment at Man-Tra-Con in December 2025, as Program Director. Katie brings extensive experience in project management, grant writing, interagency coordination, and program implementation. She will oversee and direct initiatives involving our Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded programs.
About Katie
Katie has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and History from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Before joining Man-Tra-Con, Katie worked as a Transportation Planner for Greater Egypt Regional Planning & Development Commission, and as a Project Manager for the Williamson County Circuit Clerk’s Office.
