The Southern Illinois Workforce Development Board (SIWDB) held an annual meeting in collaboration with Greater Egypt Regional Planning and Development Commission (Greater Egypt) on December 9, 2025, at the Restaurant at Kokopelli in Marion, Illinois.
 
Board members, staff and guests from Greater Egypt, Man-Tra-Con Corporation and SIWDB attended the meeting. At the meeting, Greater Egypt, Man-Tra-Con and SIWDB leadership honored local employers, customer successes, staff, and board members for their outstanding service to the community.
