As a Career Specialist, Charelle serves adult and dislocated worker customers who are enrolled in Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded programs.

As a Training & Reintegration Career Specialist, Robert serves customers who have been justice-impacted and are in the process of returning to the workforce. Robert will also serve customers who are enrolled in Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded programs. 

Administered through Man-Tra-Con Corporation, the Apprenticeship Illinois program is an industry-driven, high-quality career pathway that allows employers to develop, prepare, and retain a skilled workforce tailored to their business needs.

In her new official position, Robinson will lead the organization’s strategic direction, operations, and partnerships as Man-Tra-Con continues its mission to provide workforce development services to students, job seekers, and employers, with the goal of building a skilled regional workforce across Southern Illinois.
