She is dependable, dedicated, and incredibly hardworking, often so focused on serving our customers that you may not see her much beyond her desk. More often than not, she is there—fully immersed in her work on files, or patiently guiding customers through our services and always making sure no detail is overlooked. Fran brings a thoughtful, generous spirit to everything she does and is always taking the extra moment to ensure someone feels heard, supported, and valued. The impact she makes may be behind the scenes, but it is felt every day by the customers she serves and the team who relies on her.”
Man-Tra-Con CEO Stephanie Robinson says, “Anyone who works alongside Fran knows how accurate that description is. She is one of the hardest workers at Man-Tra-Con. Her desk is often stacked high as she carefully moves customers through the eligibility process for our programs. Eligibility can be detailed and, at times, frustrating for customers, but Fran approaches each situation with patience and persistence. She does everything she can to help individuals successfully navigate each step. Fran works well with every department and is always willing to step in wherever she is needed. She stays late when necessary and never hesitates to take on more to ensure the work gets done.”
“Many of you know Fran’s story. She came to us as a dislocated worker after the K-Mart closure, started in our resource room as work experience, then was hired as the resource room navigator, and has continued to grow ever since. Her journey reflects the very mission we serve every day,” Stephanie adds.
