The Man-Tra-Con Employer Services Team was proud to present AISIN Electronics Illinois, LLC (AEIL) with a $2,500 incentive check for launching a registered apprenticeship program in Marion, Illinois. This funding was made possible through the Apprenticeship Specialist Grant awarded by the State of Illinois to LWIA 25, and administered by Man-Tra-Con Corporation.
AEIL qualified for the incentive by being registered with the Department of Labor (DOL). AEIL developed a registered apprenticeship program for employee training in their Engineering department. Apprenticeship program training is being provided by Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
