Man-Tra-Con CEJA Program Director Greg Bouhl and Training & Outreach Manager Marcella Woodson partnered with CEJA Program Director Kevin Clark from NAACP to present information on the new Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA) clean energy program at the Third Annual Southern Illinois Conference on Justice — “Reformation, Restoration, and Re-entry.”
The 2-day conference was held April 9-10, 2026, at the Civic Center in Carbondale, Illinois. The conference focused on strategies to reduce barriers to employment, especially in the green sector, housing, and stability while promoting healing, accountability, and second chances.
