Marcella Woodson
Man-Tra-Con is excited to welcome Marcella Woodson to our Climate & Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA) team. She began employment at Man-Tra-Con in December 2025. As a CEJA Training & Outreach Manager, Marcella will serve as the lead for the Clean Jobs Workforce Network Hub Grant program and will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and successful execution of program activities that support equitable workforce development and clean energy initiatives across southern Illinois.
With over eight years of experience in community and economic development, equitable climate initiatives, grant writing and administration, and workforce development across Southern Illinois, Marcella brings a track record of collaborative leadership and tangible results in alignment with CEJA’s goals.
