Lindsay Shupert
Man-Tra-Con is pleased to welcome Lindsay Shupert to our Climate & Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA) team. She began employment at Man-Tra-Con in early January 2026. As a CEJA Student Success Coordinator, Lindsay will lead a team of CEJA Career Specialists and oversee support services across a 19-county area to help participants successfully complete clean energy training programs and secure employment.
Lindsay has earned a Master’s degree in Plant Biology from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Before joining Man-Tra-Con, Lindsay has worked as a program manager, outreach specialist, and curriculum development grad assistant. She has over 5 years of experience designing and/or delivering training programs, leading community outreach, and building cross-sector partnerships.
