​​Man-Tra-Con Corporation is pleased to welcome Laureen Doty to our team. Laureen began her employment at Man-Tra-Con in May of 2025, as a Career Specialist serving Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth customers who are enrolled in Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded programs.

About Laureen

Laureen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. She was recently employed as a Child Welfare Specialist for Lutheran Social Services. Laureen lives in West Frankfort with her husband, Alan, who is also employed at Man-Tra-Con as IT Manager. They share their home with a dog and three cats.
