​​Man-Tra-Con Corporation is pleased to welcome Cordaro Thomas to our team. Cordaro began his employment at Man-Tra-Con in June 2025, as a Career Specialist serving Youth customers who are enrolled in Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded programs. He is currently working in our Marion office, and will also serve Adult/Dislocated Worker and Youth customers at our auxiliary office within the new Southern Illinois Multimodal Center in Carbondale.

About Cordaro

Cordero has received a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies and a Master of Public Administration degree specializing in Non-Profit Organization, Governance, and Human Resources Management from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He is currently working toward his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration and Higher Education degree at SIUC.

Cordaro was born and raised in the South Side of Chicago, Illinois, specifically in the Englewood area. He currently lives in Carbondale, Illinois, and is a proud parent to his 5-year-old daughter Maya. In his spare time, Cordaro enjoys playing basketball, taking walks in the park, reading, and journaling.
