Training & Reintegration Career Specialist Robert Angle was selected as the Impact Through Service Award recipient for March 2026. CEO Stephanie Robinson presented Robert with the award.
“Since returning to Man-Tra-Con in Fall 2025, Robert has made a strong impact. He rejoined the team as a Career Specialist, focusing on supporting returning citizens, while also stepping into a critical role as the lead trainer for the IWDS 2.0 grant,” Stephanie explains.
“Robert consistently goes above and beyond. He is always willing to step in wherever help is needed, and he approaches his work with a level of dedication and initiative that does not go unnoticed. He has taken the lead in learning the new statewide data management system, IWDS 2.0, positioning himself to train workforce staff across the southern 19 counties. That kind of responsibility takes both commitment and confidence, and Robert has embraced it fully,” Stephanie adds.
“In addition to his work here, Robert recently graduated from the 2026 Southern Illinois Community Foundation Leadership Institute. For seven weeks, he dedicated his Thursday evenings after work to strengthening his knowledge in nonprofit leadership, grant writing, and nonprofit law. That investment in his own growth is already showing up in the work he does every day. He has also been invited to present at several upcoming conferences, further representing both himself and Man-Tra-Con at a high level,” Stephanie reports.
“Robert is a tremendous asset to our organization. His willingness to learn, lead, and support others reflects exactly what this award is meant to recognize. We are proud to have him on our team and look forward to continuing to see his growth and impact,” Stephanie adds.
“Congratulations, Robert, and thank you for all you do for our customers and our team. You are truly appreciated,” Stephanie says.
