Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Carterville, Illinois
Salary: To be determined, depending upon experience
Williamson County Housing Authority (WCHA) is seeking applicants for an Assistant Project Manager position. The position functions in a fast-paced environment that requires collaborative teamwork while providing customer service to diverse populations. Job duties include:
- Assisting customers with applications for public housing
- Conducting briefings, background searches, and
annual reviews of resident documentation
- Daily computerized data entry of credits and debits
to customer accounts and receipting
- Submitting required reports regularly to Housing and
Some college is required. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience in a professional office setting. Applicants must also have strong data entry/computer skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
